My love of food and cooking is derived from the passion and flair with which both my parents and grandparents cooked during our childhood, using exotic flavours and ingredients. From their cosmopolitain upbringing in Egypt and Palestine, France and the Middle East have always had an aesthetic influence against the background of my Anglo surrounds.

But what was tangible were the flavours and aromas that came from their kitchens. Hillbrook Food  is a reflection of this heritage with recipes which I hope bring you as much pleasure as they do me.
